Returns Policy

Online Return Policy:

Attention Angels - We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are not able to change or cancel orders after they are placed.We will happily issue store credit in the form of e-gift card to the email or phone number on file. Credit can be used right away and never expire.

Also, if an item is altered, washed or worn (or has any type of cosmetic, deodorant, perfume, or similar stain/odors it will be rejected) NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is any sign of wear or use, the return will be rejected and Angel LA has the right for credit/refund to not be issued. Original tags must be attached for all returns.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING - All eligible returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your item. 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. This will be clearly outlined on product descriptions when applicable.

- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Online store credit can only be used online at - not valid for in-store purchases
- Purchase amounts greater than online store credit will require additional method of payment to make up the difference
- Online store credit never expires
- Online store credit comes in USD (United States Dollars) only

 Store Return/Exchange Policy:

  • No Returns. No refunds. Store Credit only for eligible items. Store credit must be used within 1 months.
  • All eligible items for exchanges have to be within 7 days from original receipt. 
  • We will not accept any returns outside of this time frame. Original receipt must be presented .Any requests for returns exceeding 7 days from original receipt  will be denied and not accepted. 
  • Exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, similar stain/odors or wear) with all original product tags attached.
  • If an item is returned to the store and does not meet these requirements, we will reject the return and dispose of the item(s). We will not provide store credit for items that do not meet the above requirements.
  • Please ensure products being returned/ exchanged meet these requirements. If you're unsure if the item meets these requirements, please ask sale associates for help.
  • ALL SALE ITEMS, Bodysuits, Intimates, Undergarments, Swimwear, Seasonal /Party Wear, Dresses/Playsuits with Built-In Undergarments or include Undergarments, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Bags are not eligible for return.
